Returns & Credit Policy

For return and refund. Most teas are not returnable once it is open. Please contact account manager directly. 
Please note that our team must be contacted within 30 days of the order delivery date for a return request to be considered.

T7 TEA is not responsible for the return shipping costs of any preference-based return and only store credit will be issued.

Loose leaf teas:

If you purchased a tea sample and find that you do not enjoy the blend, please contact (support@t7tea.com) for a one-time store credit. Credit will be in the amount of the item, excluding shipping charges. Please note this policy does not apply to 1lb pouches, iced tea pouches, artisan tins, or pyramid sachets. Additionally, refunds will not be issued at this time.
