Just little about Yerba Mate: Yerba mate is a traditional drink made from the dried leaves of an evergreen holly, Ilex paraguariensis, a native plant of South America. Did you know that billions of billions people wake up every morning with teas or coffees, but what we don't normally hear is that in some parts of the world, these people wake up with drinking Yerba Mate; which is not a drink that we familiar with. Yerba Mate can be drink in so many ways and it only contains a moderate amount of caffeine compare to a cup of coffeine. But, it is awakaning as coffee and it is better. It boost energy. One thing we would like to point out here is that how many of us actually know that the benefit of caffeine of enchanes memory, mood and alertness?

There are many ways to prepare yerba mate that range from super simple to a little more involved. It can be prepare as simple as using any loose tea teapot with strainer. When you are ready for a more authentic experience, you can upgrade to drinking yerba mate from a gourd (calabash) with a silver straw (bombilla)
