Health Benefits

Herbal teas are packed with antioxidants and vitamins. Based on its ingredients, each herbal tea will have its unique health benefit. For example, with a mixture of chamomile, it produces a relaxing, pain relieving effect. The peppermint herbal teas are soothing to the throat and stomach.

Preparation Instructions

Making herbal tea usually requires hot water at 208º. Use 1.5 tsp of loose tea leaves per 8 oz of water and steep for 4-5 minutes. Herbal teas can be topped with ice, making iced teas. Just double the amount of tea used.  Please refer to the individual tea package for the exact instructions on how to make the perfect cup of herbal tea.
